Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to love your NORTHVALE purchase!
We offer free exchanges and returns within 30 days of your purchase for items purchased on NORTHVALE and in like-new condition. Please note that gift cards (both physical and electronic), items received from our donation programs, and items marked "Final Sale" are final sale are not eligible for return. 

I’d like to file a warranty claim:
We are committed to producing amazing products with quality materials. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags and accessories. For any manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) within this warranty time frame, we will replace the item free of charge or provide a credit towards the purchase of another item. Be prepared with the following items:

• Photos of the item clearly showing the problem as well as photos showing the item in its entirety.
• A copy of the proof of purchase from an authorized NORTHVALE retailer (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)
• Contact Information (Full Name, Address, Phone Number) 

I’m looking for a new item:
To exchange your product for something new, please request store credit during your exchange process. A gift card will be processed and issued after our fulfillment team has processed your item.

I’m looking for a refund:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received at our fulfillment center.
